Precision General Construction is a local family owned & operated Design & Build Contracting Company with over 15 years of construction and client service experience. We are a fully licensed, bonded & insured one-stop contracting company, serving Los Angeles & Orange County.

We specialize in all aspects of  construction paving an easy path for our clients to receive home remodeling or new build needs completed in a timely manner. We put in meticulous diligence when planning out our client’s remodel to ensure the job is done correctly with little-to-no unexpected problems or costs. 

We strive to deliver the very best projects with the least amount of stress. This thinking becomes a core value when partnering with architects. We accomplish this by thoroughly examining a project's drawings and anticipating challenges before ever starting construction.

Our work style is supportive and collaborative. Throughout the entire project, we work closely with the design team to ensure every nuance of the original plan is executed perfectly. 

The Build-Team continuously monitors timelines and budgets, efficiently schedules subs and vendors, and maintains communication with the architect and client. We like to think of our Build Team as the project's concierge. 

We keep you informed with weekly onsite meetings. You'll meet with Kevin and/or your foreman, along with key subcontractors when appropriate. We'll answer any questions and keep you informed throughout the life of the project.
